As a consistent annual award recipient (from a major Midwest client’s recognition) for achieving “Extraordinary Results in the Area of Contractor Safety Performance”, CTI has validated that its’ proactive approach to HSE brings value by employing safety incident prevention activities to improve employee awareness and achieve our commitment of “Zero Accidents” on all outages. CTI has worked over 2.7 million outage man-hours achieving a 0.00 Lost Time Case Rate and 0.54 Cumulative OSHA Recordable Case Rate. The focus on HSE is maintained by performing job safety analysis, daily safety meetings, daily task awareness reviews and providing recognition of safe performance through incentives.
