LEAD HVAC CHILLER SERVICE TECHNICIAN
CTI Field Services has openings for experienced HVAC Chiller Service Technicians having commercial and/or industrial experience on large-size chillers up to and exceeding 3,500 tons in size. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements.
• Ability to report to our Houston area work sites on a daily basis including availability for occasional evening and weekend callouts.
• Be experienced performing service, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of chillers sized 500 – 3,500 tons in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Solid experience on at least one type of the following chillers.
- York (OM, YT, and YK)
- Carrier (17 and 19 Series)
- Trane (CVHE, CVHF, RTAA, and RTAC)
- McQuay
• Licenses and Certifications Desired: Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record, Refrigeration Technicians License, TWIC Card, EPA Certification, EH&S Certification.
• Absorber experience a big plus.
Positions and Pay Levels…
1) Lead Chiller Service Technician / Mechanic (Absorber experience a plus): $48/hr - $52/hr (or more)
2) Chiller Service Technician / Mechanic: $42/hr to $48/hr
3) HVAC Service Technician (unitary, package, split systems): $38/hr - $42/hr

IMPORTANT: All employees are subject to pre-hire, annual, random, post-accident, post-incident, and probable cause drug/substance testing as well as any customer-required testing that may include breathalyzer, urinalysis, and hair follicle testing.
All employees are required to have a valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle record.
